Video sessions

The same session, from where you are

For adults who are in South Carolina during the session.

A video session is the same length and the same kind of conversation as one in the office, with clinicians licensed in South Carolina. We send a link by email before your session.

At a glance

How it works, in six short answers

  • Who it helps

Adults who live or work in South Carolina and would rather meet from home, or cannot get to Anderson.

  • What sessions look like

You and your clinician meet on video, at your appointment time. You need a private space, a device with a camera and a steady connection.

  • The method

It is the same therapy as in the office. Your clinician explains how they work before you agree to it.

  • What this is not

It is not for emergencies. At the start of each session your clinician asks where you are, in case help needs to reach you.

  • Length and frequency

A session is 50 minutes, or 80 for couples. Your clinician sets the pace with you.

  • The same as office sessions: through your insurance where we are in network, or yourself, with a written estimate first.
