How we look after what you write to us.
What we receive
What you write in the contact form: your name, email, phone, how you prefer to be reached, when, and your message. We ask you not to include medical details in that message.
How we use it
Only to answer you. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Your therapy records
We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Before you start, we explain in writing the limits of confidentiality.
This site
This site has no scheduling tool and no chat of its own. Online booking and intake forms are on our own pages, which have their own privacy notice.
Asking us to delete a message
Write to hello@softencounseling.com and we delete your message from the form, except what the law asks us to keep.
